Return & Refund Policy – Red Dojo

All products sold by Red Dojo are made to order. Red Dojo is operated by J E MacKinnon Limited.

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

However, if your order arrives with an issue, we will resolve it.

Eligible Issues

Contact us if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or faulty

  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design)

How to Report a Problem

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence showing the issue

Resolution

Once the fault is verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
